WanderFares (wanderfares.co.uk) is an independent flight deal alert service operated by a private individual based in the United Kingdom. We are not a registered company.

What data we collect

When you subscribe to WanderFares, we collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our service:

• Your email address (via Stripe, for payment and subscription management)
• Your payment information (processed and stored securely by Paddle — we never see your full card details)
• Your WhatsApp number (provided voluntarily by you, used solely to add you to our deals broadcast group)

We do not collect your name, address, or any other personal identifiers unless you voluntarily provide them when contacting us.

How we use your data

• To process your subscription payment via Paddle
• To send you flight deal alerts via WhatsApp
• To respond to any enquiries you send us by email
• To manage your subscription (upgrades, cancellations, billing)

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you subscribed to.

Who we share your data with

We share your data only with the third-party services necessary to operate WanderFares:

• Stripe — payment processing. Paddle's privacy policy applies to all payment data: paddle.com/legal/privacy
• WhatsApp / Meta — delivery of deal alerts. WhatsApp's privacy policy applies to all messages sent via the platform.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

How long we keep your data

We retain your data only for as long as your subscription is active. When you cancel your subscription, your WhatsApp number is removed from our broadcast group. Stripe retains payment records as required by law (typically 7 years for financial records).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict how we process your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies

WanderFares does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools. Our website is a single static page with no third-party tracking scripts.
