If you are not satisfied with WanderFares for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

We will process your refund within 2 business days. Funds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider.
You can cancel your WanderFares subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges immediately. To cancel:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive deals until that date. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial months beyond the 7-day guarantee window.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase (the "cooling-off period").
However, by subscribing to WanderFares and receiving immediate access to our WhatsApp deal alerts, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the 14-day cooling-off period expires. This means the statutory right to cancel may be waived once you have received and accessed the service.
Our 7-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under UK law.
